AZ FRAG December Annual Holiday Meeting

Our next meeting is this coming Saturday, at Titan Aquatic Exhibits, from 3-5PM. And it's our biggest one of the year!
Meeting agenda:
We will have the Secret Santa again. If you would like to play please bring a nice frag (no gag frags like Anthelia, Xenia , GSP, Blue Cloves, Aiptasia) for the game. Please label your cup with the coral name/description only! You do not need to wrap your frag. Put the frag in a small container or styro cup. Then give it to us so we can put it in a bag and set up at the front. When we are ready, everyone participating will draw a number and lowest number picks first. When you choose, you can pick an unopened frag off the table or steal someone’s frag. We will do our best to announce what each container holds as it's picked and opened off the table. It's up to you to remember who picked what if you wish to steal. Each frag may be stolen up to three times. After an item is stolen three times, it can no longer be stolen and remains with that person. You are also not permitted to steal back an item which was just stolen from you; you may steal it back however if you've had another item in the interim. Whoever goes first has the option to take an additional turn after the person with the highest number has taken their turn.
AZ FRAG Board Member Election
This will be our ninth annual election for the board of AZ FRAG. There will be five positions to be voted upon (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Corresponding Secretary). If you would like to nominate yourself or if you would like to nominate someone else please do so in this thread below.

First, you MUST be a 2021 AZ FRAG member. Then, all you need to do is PayPal us in order to purchase!
Tickets are, as always, $1 / each or $5 / 6 tickets.
But, PLEASE, make it clear with the notes in PayPal where you wish your tickets to be placed! Item names or items numbers 1-6 from above are okay.
Once we have your payment, we will email you back with your ticket numbers for confirmation.

- 3:45 - Our annual elections
- 4:00 - OUR ANNUAL RAFFLE DRAWING! 6 AWESOME PRIZES!
- 4:10 - The usual frag auction, if anyone wishes to bring items to sell. Any registered club member can bring their corals/frags to sell in the auction. We do ask that each member bring no more than 20 items, and they must be listed here in this thread by 5PM Friday. The auction list will be compiled on Friday evening.

- Raffle tickets can be purchased all this week; virtual cut-off at 3PM Saturday, in person until last call.
- NO need to be present to win.
- We will be drawing the winners live during the meeting via random number generator.
- GoToMeeting will be used to live-stream the raffle/event, for those not present (see meeting info below)
- There will be six separate drawings, one for each prize.
- If you are a winner and are not present in the meeting at the time of the drawing, we will inform you via email you shortly afterwards.
- If needed, with the exception of the Titan tank, we can mail the prize to you. Otherwise, if you are not present, you may pick up your prize at Titan Aquatic during normal business hours.
