It's been awhile but I think I have enough to finally post the build for my 240g. To start the frame!
Frame was built by hand with tube steel and welded by my dad and I over two weekends. We then spent a week grinding and cleaning to get it powder coated. I was beyond happy with how the powder coating went and should last a long time.
Plywood top and bottom required to keep warranty on the tank itself.
Sump as most of you know was a raffle win and got a the ato added on to have a custom red and black sump and ato. Sump is a 4 chamber sump, filter, skimmer, return, frag chamber.
The glowing refugium is a 25g acrylic refugium plumbed straight into the frag chamber.
The last thing below is the 11g ato built by titan aquatics.
Now for the tank I went with a 240g custom visio from aquaholics. They hooked me up a great deal I couldn't say no too! Two returns two drains. The aquascape was built by hand over a few weeks and I have to say I'm loving it so far.
For lighting ive gone with 6 hydra 32s up top and a tunze chica in the refugium. One I have extra frags I'll add another 32 for the frag grow out below.
I'm still working through the wiring and adding more wave makers but it seems to be going smoothly so far! Thanks everyone in the group for all the help and as I get more updates I'll add some more pics.
