Sat, July 17, 2021 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (MST)
Coral auction starts at 4PM
Location: Vivid Creative Aquatics, 2432 W Peoria Ave STE 1080, Phoenix, AZ 85029

Our next meeting is this coming Saturday, at Vivid Creative Aquatics, from 3-5PM.

For this meeting, there will be 2 parts:

  1. The first hour will consist of a tour/demo of the VCA's 3D printing manufacturing facility.
  2. Our coral auction will be returning in the second hour from approximately 4-5PM. Any registered club member can bring their corals/frags to sell in the auction; please use this thread to list your items. Pictures are helpful! We do ask that each member bring no more than 25 items. The cut-off for auction items is 7/16 @5PM.

If you've forgotten, details about our old meeting format and the auction can be found on our website.

If you are not currently registered with AZ FRAG, please see our website: azfrag.org

If you have any questions about the meeting please reply to this thread and ask!
We look forward to seeing everyone again!

Looking forward to hosting everybody for the next meeting. The team here at VCA is already planning on ways to make it an enjoyable visit for everyone. I'm just hoping we can all fit - LOL

@KingFitz if you can't make it, i totally understand - 2 hour drive is a bit much. However, if you're ever goign to be in the area and what to stop by - just send me a message and we would love to give you a personnel tour.

I just looked up the address and that's a two hour drive for me. I love Antonio, but I'm not sure if I'll make it.
ahh come on!!! It's always great to see your face at these events. we know that you always win the commute award, what's a little extra on the drive time??? Maybe Antonio will sweeten the deal if you make the trek.... VCA hint hint

Just wanted to make a quick announcement and make a request

First- we will be providing some lite snacks/food and drinks for the meeting. So all you need to bring is yourself and a cooler to hold all the coral you'll score.

Second - we have more floor space than we do seating - so if you don't want to stand, please bring a folding chair or show up early and grab on before they are all gone :)

Looking forward to hosting everyone here at VCA!

I love zoas also! They come in so many colorful varieties. Sounds like she would like rock flower anemones as well. Happy Anniversary! Looking forward to meeting you!

Uh, not bidding advice, but rather a request for Ef4 to specify his starting bids on each item.
Our auction style is a modified traditional approach - one item at a time, but we just keep running up the bid until only one person is left.
Then, at the end, everyone pays up and checks out. We can take cash or cards, but we do have to charge 3% extra for cards.
Therefore, the only advantage of cash is avoiding that transaction fee.
azfrag.org/about-us for a bit more.
