Trouble Tuning Skimmer

Added another pump to the sump specific to UV and as a result had to reset my skimmer. It's in the correct depth of water and I have the bubbles at the right location, but any tips on helping it get foaming like it use to? Not sure why there's so many micro bubbles in the output, and it looks like it's boiling inside at the top of the neck...

Have you checked/cleaned the volute and needle wheel?

I agree. This seems like the needle wheel is being prevented from chopping up the inlet air.

Did you figure this out. There was one other think that i thought of, which is to check the air inlet. Mine gets cloggednwith salt creep from time to time.
