Ancient frag member here. I haven't been active in ages but I feel like this is a safer place to post than Craigslist or FB Market.
I have a son that has been in the hospital for some time and we will be getting sent out of state soon for surgery. My two tanks have been neglected and I just don't have time for the hobby at all. They need to be taken down this weekend.
The stuff is all free, but the person taking it must come empty/take it down for me. Bring your own buckets for rock/creatures.
First setup:
Fluval Sea Evo 13 gallon all-in one.
It came with tank/cover/light and filter pump. It has the built in filter chambers on the end.
I added a heater and a small power head.
It has a caribsea aragonite substrate and some really cool pieces of live rock.
There is a lot of green/bubble algae and some aiptasia. Only occupants are some snails. The filter pump needs to be taken apart and cleaned. All the glass needs coraline algae scraped.
Light is good enough for soft corals and maybe lps, could be a great quarantine or frag tank.
I have about half a bag of reef crystals salt and some mag scrapers and miscellaneous tools.
Second setup:
16 gallon rimless glass aquarium currently running as a freshwater planted tank.
Green eheim cannister filter, got unplugged and needs to be emptied and cleaned (gross)
Nice plant grow light, power head, heater.
Seachem Fluorite clay colored substrate. Some cool rock and a tiny bit of driftwood. The plants are mostly gone, there is one big thick stem of anubias that could come back with care.
There may be one or two little elderly neons hiding out.
I have a handful of stuff for a simple CO2 setup. And a big box of assorted filter and power head parts and bags of gravels and whatnots. Assorted test kits and bottles of water conditioner. It all will go.
I am available on Saturday only.
These systems could still really be beautiful, they just need some elbow grease and love. I am totally fine if you clean it all up for resale. I just need help taking them off my plate fast
